The investment was co-led by Haldiram’s promoters and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (JIIF). Other participants included Venture Catalysts, Ever Grow Capital, Nine ALPS, and prominent investors like Hemant Jain and OfBusiness co-founder Nitin Jain.

Boosting R&D and Expanding Offerings

The fresh funds will fuel Almonds Ai’s R&D efforts, team expansion, and product enhancement. Founded in 2020 by Abhinav Jain and Apurv Modi, the platform leverages AI to transform how brands interact with their distribution networks. Its innovative approach focuses on improving engagement, education, and rewards for retailers, dealers, and influencers.

Channelverse: Redefining Loyalty Programs

Almonds Ai’s flagship offering, the Channelverse ecosystem, integrates green loyalty programs with AI-driven solutions. This unique combination aims to foster sustainability while helping businesses build stronger, data-driven relationships with their networks. The company already serves 100 distribution-led organizations and boasts a network of 6 million channel partners, including retailers, dealers, and professionals like drivers, painters, and mechanics.
